Most issues are a quick fix. If anything isn't perfect, reach out and a real person will help you sort it — replacement, refund, or troubleshooting, whatever it takes.
See it in action, then follow a few simple steps.
Slide the edge of the Food Container (or Stainless Steel Container) under the plastic tab on the Chopper Base and press down until it locks.
Insert it vertically at a 90° angle onto the two hinges, then push down to connect. To remove later, pull straight up, firmly.
Press Unlock, line up the node on top of the blade with the slot in the base, and push the blade straight down into place.
One press of the Lock button locks the blade in for chopping. Press Unlock again whenever you want to swap blades
Center it on the blade grid — remember, it can't be bigger than the blade surface.
Two hands, one confident push. For anything dense or stubborn, a quicker "hammer-tap" motion works better than slow pressure.
Same motion as the cover — insert vertically at a 90° angle onto the two hinges, then push down. Pull straight up to remove.
Fit the nodes on top of the blade into the Mandolin Base and push until you hear it click into place.
Press the food onto the pins of the Safety Holder before sliding. It keeps food from slipping and keeps your fingers well clear of the blade — don't skip this on small or short pieces.
One hand slides the food across the blade in a smooth motion; the other holds the base steady on your counter.
